LOC (Germany) GmbH was founded in 2019 in Hamburg and is the German branch of the international ABL Group.

ABL Group is an international independent Marine and Engineering Consultancy firm which has over 900 multidisciplinary experts in over 60 different locations worldwide.

Our business is divided into three sectors – Renewables, Maritime and Oil and Gas. We focus on all aspects of project development, marine transport and Installation as well as loss prevention and accident investigation activities.

Our clients comprise P&I clubs, H&M insurers, underwriters, brokers, oil & gas companies, energy utilities, field operators, developers, EPC contractors, installation contractors, drilling contractors, lawyers, shipowners, governments and turbine and cable OEMs.

In the field of renewable energies, we offer a wide range of services covering the initial design stage, construction and operation expanding to the dismantling of an offshore wind farm.
