What do you have to do to become a member?

You have

  •     Wind energy know-how,
  •     a wind-specific company or project reference and
  •     can strengthen our network?

Then we welcome you warmly!

Any company can become a member of WAB in order to promote the use of wind energy at sea and on land and thus to promote environmental and climate protection.

The Executive Board decides on the admission of new members on the basis of the criteria "wind energy know-how" and "strengthening of the network".

Simply send your completed membership application by fax or mail to WAB. The information contained therein constitutes the content of your short portrait, which in the case of your membership will be published on the WAB website.

The members pay an annual membership fee to cover the costs of WAB e.V., which is valid for the current year. If you join from October onwards, the remaining months up to the end of the year will be charged pro rata. The regular annual membership fee applies for the following years.

Membership fees are divided into the following categories:

  • Category 1: Small enterprises with no more than 3 employees, as well as research institutions, private persons and educational institutions
  • Category 2: Enterprises with up to 20 employees
  • Category 3: Enterprises with up to 50 employees
  • Category 4: Enterprises with up to 249 employees
  • Category 5: Enterprises with 250 or more emplyees
