PNE AG: Successful constitutional appeal against the provisions of WindSeeG

PNE AG: Succesful constitutional Appeal against the provisions of WindSeeG

Cuxhaven/Karlsruhe, August 20, 2020 – Today, the Federal Constitutional Court published a Senate resolution regarding constitutional appeal against the provisions of WindSeeG (file no. 1 BvR 1679/17). PNE welcomes the fact that the Federal Constitutional Court has thus strengthened the principle of protection of confidence. PNE will analyse and evaluate the reasons for the decision. The resolution is not expected to influence the PNE Group Guidance 2020.

The legislature is now called upon to implement the Federal Constitutional Court's guidelines by June 30, 2021. PNE will monitor how the Federal Government will implement this.
